Grand Champion BBQ at 982 Canton Street, Roswell, Georgia.

I love the food here and have been here a couple of times before, but the service we received tonight was terrible. I understand that it is St. Patrick's day, but it is a Saturday and staffing should have been managed appropriately. There was ONE server for the entire outside section and the place was packed. There were 6 of us, 2 of our orders were forgotten. One of those ordered never showed so we paid and left. The server was genuinely sorry and I understand it may not have been her fault. We were there to celebrate our friends who got married 2 days ago and the bride didn't get her meal. It was very aggravating. The manager didn't even bother to stop by to explain what happened. Overall, we were very disappointed.
