I don't know how typical it is to write a review before you actually partake of the service but I've heard so much about Matt from a co-worker that I couldn't wait. You see, I'm one of those people who do not exercise. I'm 57 and have refused to fall for this silly exercise craze. Now I have two bad knees and my surgeon has told me flat out that he won't operate on me until I gain some strength. I've been told Matt actually listens to his clients and that he tailors the workouts to bring you from the level you come to him at until you reach the level you need to be. He calls Matt a miracle worker.
