Mr. Rooter Plumbing Repair at 715 Bush Street, Roswell, Georgia.

I called Mr. Rooter for a Hot Water Heater repair. They repaired a Thermocouple part that is valued at less than $10 and the repair took less than 1 hour and charged me over $425.00. I asked for a simple explanation of the cost and it took 5 phone calls and emails for someone to have the courtesy to call me back. I am not a person that tries to get something for free but I would think giving me an explanation of the cost breakdown would be something simple. I would not recommend these people if you value customer service. BEWARE
