This review is primarily for the office staff...
The office staff, especially the diagnostic scheduler for this office (Erika) has been very difficult to work with. Until I made the threat to speak with the office manager, I would not have my calls returned in a timely manner and was fobbed off with excuses for her delays. She has now been better about returning my calls. Dr. Belknap's nurse upon my initial visit was also very short and sharp with me, offering no bedside manner or friendliness. She seemed rushed and irritated... perhaps a bad day? The front desk associates (the same ones you call to make an appointment) are friendly but in my experience seem too be to involved in the conversations among themselves rather than focusing their attention to the patient and setting things up for them.

I can not yet rate the doctors as I have not had any procedures performed at this time but was told by a surgical assistant they are pretty good in the Neuro operating room, which is where it really should count.
