This is a very dehumanizing process. You check in on a computer. Then wait, then go from person to person for different exams waiting in between each one. Then try calling them to get something fixed about your contacts. You speak to a call center and they leave messages for the contact department. Then you play phone tag for days. I wouldn’t be leaving this public review if I hadn’t asked to speak with their office manager and been told twice that I would relieve a call. No call. The only reason I’m giving any stars at all is because the doctors are good. The whole process needs revamping. Next year I’m going elsewhere.
